• Can I register under a nickname?
  While filling up the registration form, all clients need to indicate their real name matching the name indicated in the document, confirming client's identity.
• Can I change my username after registration?
  Unfortunately, the username cannot be changed.
• Can I register without depositing funds?
  Yes. There is no obligation to deposit upon registering to Inefex. Only when you actually want to start trading you may deposit funds.
• How can I change the name I registered with?
  Due to security reasons, the name on the account can only be updated by the Customer Support agent. Kindly contact our customer support for assistance.
• How can I update the email address and phone number in my account?
  In order to change your email address or phone number, please send us an email to info@Inefex.com with the correct information and after confirming your request over the phone, a customer support agent will update your data.
• How can I change my residential details?
  If you changed your residential address, please send us an updated proof of residence to info@Inefex.com and your account will be updated.
• I forgot my password - what do I do?
  In order to recover your password, you need to use Forgot Password option on the platform. In case you require additional assistance, please contact our customer support.
• How do I unsubscribe?
  If you wish not receiving any kind of notifications from our platform, please log in to your account, then click on “My Profile”, choose “Change Account Details” and there you can edit your preferences.
